Shipping

US shipping and handling: $6.90 International Delivery: $14.50 All US purchases are shipped US Priority Mail. We ship the next business day after the order is received. The shipping time frame is contingent upon credit card approval and may be delayed should we experience difficulties getting authorization. There may be occasional delays beyond this posted order processing time. If the delay is more than 7 business days, www.OptionsJewelry.com will send you an email message notifying you of the delay. If the delay will be less than 7 business days, www.optionsjewelry.com will ship the product as soon as it is received. These shipping terms are accepted by the customer by placing an order. Whenever possible, we will attempt to ship multiple items together to reduce shipping charges. All shipping prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. No C.O.D. orders can be accepted. International orders are shipped US Air Mail. (Note: Not all governments allow jewelry imports. Any international order is subject to the import and insurance restrictions in effect. If we are unable to ship to your country we will notify you by e-mail. All custom charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.)

International Orders: Due to the high incident of credit card fraud we perform extensive verification on international credit card orders. This research often takes additional time. We will not ship until our research is complete. Any card found to be invalid will be reported to the authorities. You may avoid these delays by sending an order with a certified check to the address on the home page.

Credit card or other fraudulent acts:

Persons who commit fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Web browsers transmit a unique address that can be used by law enforcement officials to identify fraudulent activity. Both the FBI and the US Secret Service are responsible for investigating Internet fraud cases. For your protection, credit card orders may be delayed while screening takes place.

Payment and Sales Tax

www.optionsjewelry.com accepts VISA or MasterCard, credit cards for all purchases. No purchase orders are accepted. All payments must be in US Dollars. Current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. Sales Tax will be charged depending on the shipping addressed as required by law.

Sales Policy

www.optionsjewelry.com stands behind every product we sell. See our customer satisfaction guarantee. Refused shipments as well as returns of merchandise that is not defective will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable.
